Our Captain’s apartment is the unique flat for short-term rent in the seaside part of Sopot. It is suitable for up to 4 adults or family with up to three children.
Parts of the flat:
- Living-room: pull-out coach, bunk bed, 1 TV (door to main corridor)
- Bedroom: 160cm wide bed, 1 TV, spiral stairs to mini-spa, (door to main corridor)
- Mini-spa: infrared sauna, double whirlpool tube (in the underground)
- Bathroom: shower, basin, toilet (door to main corridor)
- Kitchen: table for 4, cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, cordless kettle, cutlery, dishes, microwave upon request
- Carpark place included: behind the gate in the garden
Apartment equipment:
- Bath and hand towel for each guest
- Bedding, sheets, pillow cases
- Coffee machine capsules, tea, sugar
- Mini set: shampoo and soap
- Cotton pads and ear pads
- UPGRADE version possible – additional costs may apply

Please be aware that apartments are not hotels, there are people who live in the building and their privacy must be respected. Sopot city guards is very strict in controlling inappropriate behavior of tenants. Please obey our rules to enjoy pleasant and happy stay.
Information, rules and safety:
- Parties, stag nights or hen nights are not allowed – if the guest breaks this rule, will be asked to leave without any cost compensation
- Smoking is prohibited
- Quiet hours between 22 p.m. and 7 a.m. everyone in the building mustn’t make noise.
- Guests are responsible for any losses made by themselves.
- Please segregate rubbish (esp. glass and plastic)
- Please do not put anything into bath tub (oils, flower petals, confetti, food, chewing gum, etc)
- Please wash your dishes and tidy up rubbish before leaving apartment. Standard cleaning does not include this and also picking up pampers, hygienic accessories, tissues, broken glass, pieces of food etc. Additional costs may apply for extra cleaning if required.

Guests check in with the individual door code. The code will be send to the guest after sending photo of ID and accepting rules.
